Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in conference proceedings. Papers submitted to ACCN 2019 must not have been published, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere.

Papers are to be submitted electronically via Email (ACCN@auit.org);

All full paper submissions to the ACCN 2019 must be written in English;

The submissions should not exceed ten pages and should follow the format for conference (template download);

The papers presented in conference will be published by IEEE;

If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will be required to register and attend the conference to present the paper in order to include the paper in the conference proceedings.
